Church in Progress – Creating Spaces to Connect with God and with One Another

What makes us different? We are welcoming and affirming of people who identify as GLBTQI, we try not to do things just because they have always been done that way, we are constantly finding ways to connect our Christian faith with our everyday lives, we love noisy kids and welcome people no matter what their belief system is.

Are you someone that …

… wants to find out what a being a Christian looks like

… want to be part of a faith community but not sure about ‘church’

… you have questions about God or spiritual stuff and want to discuss them

… looking for a community of people that invest time in social justice issues

Well, Church in Progress could be just the thing you are looking for!

Currently our interactive worship services throughout the year, usually at the Mangere East Community Learning Centre. All our gatherings include a shared meal! There are lots of ways you can get involved. Find out more – click here. Check out the calendar below and click on the events to get more details.

Don’t forget to put Karaoke Christmas in your calendars …
